8 Steps for Buying a House

  1. Save for a down payment.
  2. Gather W2’s, 30 days paystubs and 2 months bank statements to submit with application
  3. Get pre-approved for a mortgage- you don’t have to wait until you find a house to get approved
  4. Find a real estate agent.
  5. Go house hunting.
  6. Submit an offer.
  7. Give the accepted contract to your mortgage loan officer and we will take it from there
  8. Final step - Close on your house and move in!
